November is National Family Caregiver’s Month

National Family Caregiver’s Month is a time to recognize and honor family caregivers who provide care and support to their loved ones. Caregiving for a family member, partner, or friend, can be a very meaningful role as well as a challenging one. 1 in 4 family caregivers find it difficult to take care of their own health.* This month is a time to value caregivers and raise awareness of the impact caregiving has on well-being.

We hope that together we can make National Family Caregiver’s Month meaningful and rewarding for all involved. Please share information about how you will be celebrating and/or advocating for National Family Caregiver’s Month; we would like to highlight your celebrations on our website and Facebook page. If you have questions, please email us at:  contact@yournyadvocate.com.
