Are You Prepared? The Rights of Nursing Home Residents and Their Families Amidst COVID-19

Deborah F. Truhowsky, Esq., from Law Firm of D.F. Truhowsky discusses the rights for both state residents, as well as federal residents, and how to work with nursing homes with interactions and communications regarding the care of loved ones amidst the COVID-19 pandemic. She will also go over visitation and “compassionate care visits” within the most recent CMS and NYS Department of Health guidelines.
